Polyester Continuous-Filament Needle-Punched Nonwoven Geotextile

Continuous-filament polyester geotextile for filtration, separation, drainage and reinforcement in civil and environmental engineering applications.

Produced from continuous PET filaments through spinning, web formation and needle-punching processes, this nonwoven geotextile provides mechanical and hydraulic functions for infrastructure and ground-engineering projects.

Product Overview

Polyester continuous-filament needle-punched nonwoven geotextile is a permeable geosynthetic manufactured from continuous PET filaments. Its three-dimensional fibrous structure is designed to provide filtration, separation, drainage and reinforcement functions within soil and aggregate systems.

Typical applications include water-conservancy and hydropower projects, environmental engineering, highways, railways, dams, coastal works and mining-related civil works.

Technical Notes

  1. The technical specification grades in this table are based on nominal breaking strength and should not be confused with product mass per unit area.
  2. Product mass per unit area is available within the stated 100–1000 g/m² production range, while the technical table classifies performance by nominal breaking strength.
